Indian Trail Service Company, ITSCo, opened in 2003. The company began with two employees, offering pressure washing and exterior cleaning to small retail centers. Their professionalism and attention to detail sent referrals from satisfied customers. ITSCo was invited to provide building maintenance on additional projects and built a vibrant facility maintenance company.
Incorporated in North Carolina in 2005, the company has provided quality maintenance and expert workmanship to property owners. ITSCo now offers a broad range of building maintenance services. Additionally, ITSCo is a licensed general contractor providing expert construction management for tenant build-out and project completion. The company uses its own highly trained personnel and proven specialty contractors. This depth of talent allows the delivery of prompt, reliable, cost effective service.
